Navy SEAL deployment coins

I've obtained the translation of words in Arabic on the coins from the period of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The translation was done by Mr Marcin Grodzki - http://www.arabskitlumaczenia.com/

 

Description of following coins in the gallery (detail explenation of emblems & words on the obverses and reverses of the coins are in the gallery under each picture):

#1 Coin from the period of Operation Iraqi Freedom for the members of NSWTG-AP (Naval Special Warfare Task Group - Arabian Pennisula) - Deployment from April to October 2005. The words in arabic "مكّا اسم ضفدع" means "frog the Makka".

#2 Coins from the same period of OIF but to the members of SOTF-W (Special Operation Task Force - West). It is typical shape of the triangle for CPO's Mess's coins. Handed to the guest of CPO's (Chief Petty Officers).

#3 Coin from deployment of Team SEVEN and Team TEN during Operation Iraqi Freedom in SOTF-WEST from March to October 2009.

#4 Coin in shape of the Trident -  it is from period October 2007 - April 2008. It was given as an award For excellence. There is engraved number on the reverse of the coin. I was asked to cover it. The words in arabic "مكّا اسم ضفدع" means "frog the Makka".

#5 Another coin of SOTF-W from OIF. Deployment of Team FOUR & Team FIVE from September 2008 to April 2009. Coin handed as a award For continued excellence. There is engraved number on the reverse of the coin. I was asked to cover it.

#6 Coin from the period April - October 2008. Deployment of Team THREE & Team EIGHT in SOTF-W group. There is engraved number on the reverse of the coin. I was asked to cover it.

#7 The coin of Naval Special Warfare Task Group Central CTF-561 from the time of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The following Units consits this TG: Mobile Communications Detachment ONE and TWO, and Joint Communications Support Element (more info on http://www.jcse.mil/live09/index_n.htm). The Units take care about communications aspects for other Units of NSW Command.

#8 Common Detachment: SEALs and Army Special Forces from the period Apri - October 2007 Operation Iraqi Freedom. Both sides of the coin are epoxy covered. The words in Arabic "ضفدع الصحراء" means "desert frog".
